albino burm

hi  have a new albino burm iv read they night stalkers and was wondering if i should set the timer to come on at nitght as well to keep the temp right?? but iv also read doing that will stress the snake out.........................all my other snakes timers are set to come on at night to keep night temp right any help be gr8 ty

I use red lights 24/7 for some snakes and all is good.  I would not use ordinary day light bulbs during night time.  Use a statted mat or a ceramic if you wish.
